Safely load and unload cargo and baggage to and from aircraft in accordance with Air Canada’s operational and safety protocols-Operate a variety of ground service equipment, including tugs, forklifts, belt loaders, and cargo loaders-Coordinate with ground crew and flight crew to ensure timely and secure cargo transport-Maintain clear communication with dispatch, cargo operations, and warehouse teams-Adhere strictly to safety regulations and procedures to prevent damage and ensure compliance with aviation standards-Work efficiently in variable weather conditions and rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays-Support timely aircraft turnaround and contribute to on-time performance
