ABOUT KEVIN DUNPHY
I began my undergraduate education at Loyola University Maryland as a member of the Sellinger School of Business, Class of 2027, where I developed introductory and intermediate proficiency in Python and Microsoft Excel and began working toward my Bloomberg Certification. During my time at Loyola, I earned a position on the Loyola Club Lacrosse team, initially playing Defensive Midfield to fill a team need before transitioning to Close Defense, my primary position. I was also involved in Loyola’s Barbell Club, Financial Management Association, and Greyhound Realty, which helped strengthen my leadership, interpersonal, and adaptability skills. Professionally, I served as a lifeguard and was promoted to Head Guard, taking on additional leadership, staff coordination, and safety oversight responsibilities, while also volunteering with the Lincroft First Aid Squad to gain emergency response experience. I have since transferred to the University of South Carolina, where I remain a member of the Class of 2027 majoring in Criminology and Criminal Justice. At South Carolina, I earned a position on the club lacrosse team and currently serve as the team’s Safety Officer for the 2025–2026 season, continuing to build leadership, teamwork, and risk management experience.
