I have been in Retail for many years with most of my time spend in Management. I have warehouse and a multi store background with Meijer and Kroger. I have opened and ran my own stores. I have always been a self starter and believe that when you put your mind to it there is nothing you can\'t do. I have built two homes from the ground up doing most of the work my self. I do my own auto repairs have built boat docks, decks, and Garages. I coached my sons Basketball teams for 3 years.

   I travel to 7 States for 9 Grocery warehouses doing pre AIB audits and GMP audits for food safety in Grocery, Frozen, Produce, Meat, and Dairy. All facilities have improved AIB scores. I am Seafood HACCP and PCQI Certified. I was involved with writing and reviewing 78 SOPs and Food Safety forms. I am rolling out Company wide weekly training on all SOPs and forms. I don\'t just do audits and inspections I work with the warehouse teams and help create solutions for each Individual circumstances. I also have weekly calls with the warehouse Food Safety Champion to go over current topics and concerns they have.
