We can also bring a fully cooked buffet to your venue with servers, or just deliver our hot and delicious BBQ fare right to your door.*Full Service Pitmaster CateringOur Catering S.W.A.T. Team will treat you to a real down home BBQ. We’ll bring our grills, cook onsite, serve your guests buffet style and provide all the plates, utensils and napkins. When we’re done serving your group, we’ll clean up and leave you with all the delicious leftovers.*Semi-Serve CateringWe’ll bring hot, freshly cooked food and fixin’s to your location. We’ll set up our Southern buffet on tables you provide (two 6-ft. tables with table coverings), we’ll bring all the plates and utensils and serve your hungry guests.
