Deepwater Gulf of Mexico- Na Kika platform Member of onshore-based multi disciplinary engineering team tasked with supporting oil & gas production facility operations, maintenance, and engineers as rotating equipment discipline representative. Asset coverage includes Solar Turbines generator & centrifugal compressor sets, Kobelco dry screw compressor, Flowserve oil export pumps, Dresser Rand booster/ gas lift recip compressors, Caterpillar diesel engines and Hammelmann & Hydroplex positive displacement pumps. Also responsible for monitoring and maintenance of associated support systems such as lube oil, seal oil, dry gas seal & vibration monitoring. Regular interface and as- needed field presence with offshore personnel for troubleshooting and technical oversight of planned and unplanned repairs. Duties also include providing guidance to maintenance planning and scheduling to provide scopes and requirements for routine and campaign jobs. Interface with suppliers and vendors for specialty services repairs and parts. Regular collaboration with other company engineers in reliability, central services, and peer facility support functions.
