Contribute to the regular data collection and transformation processes within the team.• Contributing towards the production of a range of regular reports to be distributed across the Health Board.• Involved in the creation and maintenance of a range of online patient health questionnaires.• Assisting with data extraction from each different patient health questionnaire, and then help with the extract, transform & load (ETL) process to centralise all the data collected.• Assisting in analysing the collected data and updating existing reports and visualisations.• Working with web-based applications for survey design and distribution, MS Excel, Microsoft SQL Server and PowerBI.• Assisting in the day-to-day operational work of the team, which will involve liaising with members of staff across the team and the organisation, as well as with external organisations.• Support the Transformation Team within Swansea Bay University Health Board (SBUHB) and support the Value Based Healthcare (VBHc) function within SBUHB
