I bring years of experience leading UX research and strategy, including roles at AWS and Microsoft, grounded in empathy, curiosity, and a drive to make digital experiences work effectively for people. Now it is time to move on to new challenges and solve new problems.At Dupla, I’ve led work across AI, cloud, education, health, and social impact, with clients ranging from Google and Microsoft to purpose-driven orgs like- WACEFE (Washington Council for Economic and Financial Education)- Designated Driver (autonomous driving company)- dBocl (event logistics company).For dBocl, a company that manages the behind-the-scenes activity at some major events around the nation, we anchored their product roadmap in real user needs, cutting through hype to prioritize features that actually built trust and adoption.With Designated Driver, we designed a teleoperation UI that wowed CES audiences. The solution utilized six real-time video feeds, driver-passenger messaging, and playback tools. CEO Manuela Papadopol told us, “Love the combination of design and research that Dupla brings… they gave us something we hadn’t seen anywhere else.”And with WACEFE, a grassroots nonprofit, we brought inclusive field research to the table surfacing insights that helped expand their engagement and advocacy in underserved communities.I’ve run interviews across the globe, coached teams on research practice, and built a studio known for making the complex beautifully clear.
