ABOUT KEVIN DANIELS
Mr. Daniels is recognized as a leading voice for historic preservation in his community and is a nationally recognized on the issue of stimulating economic development through preservation efforts. Over the last few years his team has received two National Preservation Awards and numerous local & state awards for their work. In 2007 he was named as the first recipient of the Urban Hero award from International Sustainable Solutions, and received the 2008 Washington State Special Achievement Award and the 2008 Judge’s Choice Award from National Association of Office & Industrial Properties for his work to save the historic First United Methodist Church in Seattle. In 2009 the American Institute of Architects made him an honorary member in Seattle for his body of work. Recently he w2as honored as the DSA\'s 2015 Downtown Champion.
