About Kevin Crown
I’m an MS in Business Analytics student at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and a CPA-eligible accounting graduate actively preparing for and sitting for the CPA exams. With a passion for combining audit and analytics, I aim to contribute to high-performing assurance teams by bringing data-driven insight to risk assessment and client service. My background includes teaching assistant roles, a tax internship at REDW CPAs, and leadership experience as the founder and former President of UNM’s IMA Student Chapter. These roles have sharpened my technical skills, communication, and leadership in both academic and professional settings. I’ve also gained international perspective through study abroad programs in Madrid, Spain and Warsaw, Poland. These experiences strengthened my adaptability and global awareness. I’m actively pursuing opportunities in audit and data analytics with top public accounting firms in major markets, with a long-term goal of becoming a leader in the profession through innovation, quality, and service.
