With 23+ years in intelligence and security, I bring proven leadership and operational expertise to every role. Since July 2024, I have served as the Facility Security Officer (FSO) and Site Operations Manager at MITRE, overseeing security operations for 75+ employees from MITRE and Academia. I manage personnel security clearances (PCL), the site’s Facility Clearance (FCL), training, reporting, and all other FSO requirements. Additionally, I coordinate the maintenance, upkeep, and improvement of the building, ensuring a secure and functional facility that supports operational excellence.Previously, I honed my skills as an Industrial Security Specialist at Ardalyst Defense, where I revamped Initial and Annual security briefings, developed a PCL to DD-254 requirement crosswalk, and streamlined processes and documentation.
