Black Cat Building Consultancy is an independent team of experienced Chartered Building Surveyors.We operate in the commercial, industrial, retail, leisure and large scale private residential rental sectors providing advice to property owners, occupiers, investors, funds, asset managers and developers.Services offered include but are not limited to single or portfolio technical due diligence surveys, dilapidations claims for landlords and tenants, exit strategies, general property refurbishment and fit-out, project management and property maintenance.When required, we recommend and co-ordinate the services of other professional and specialist consultants to provide a one stop shop service.We are mindful of our clients requirements for confidentiality and to respond to tight deadlines particularly in respect to due diligence work. Accordingly, we adopt a flexible approach which will include undertaking surveys out of normal working hours where deemed necessary.
