XPO Logistics, Inc.(XPO: NYSE) is one of the fastest growing providers of non-asset based, third-party freight transportation services in North America. We use our network of more than relationships with ground, sea and air carriers to find the best transportation solutions for our customers. We offer 3PL services in three areas of transportation logistics: • Freight brokerage (XPO, Turbo), which places shippers’ freight with qualified over-the-road carriers; • Expedited transportation (Express-1, Turbo), which provides urgent freight transportation via independent contractors; and • Freight forwarding (Concert Group Logistics or CGL), which arranges domestic and international shipments through a network of company-owned and agent-owned locations. We provide these services to more than 7,500 customers in the retail, commercial, manufacturing and industrial sectors through a total of 56 locations in North America. Our divisions share the same values in providing first-class service through a results-driven workforce, advanced technology, tools and expertise. In March of 2012, we opened a national operations center in Charlotte, N.C, to provide centralized support and additional carrier capacity to our brokerage branches. Our operations center also incorporates shared services for back office functions, and is the command center for technology.
