EO at Avatek - Specializing in Metal Pickling, Passivation and Degreasing I’m Kevin Colombo, young and dynamic CEO of Avatek, a company specialized in the metal treatment industry. My career in the metalworking industry begins at a young age, in fact at only 18 years I started working in the metal treatment industry, consolidating over the years a vast certified experience. Even after graduating in mechatronics and energy I have not stopped studying and for this I have dedicated the last six years to improve my skills through training courses and certifications. During these years of study I obtained the certifications as Inspector Non Destructive Controls and Welding coordinator, fundamental for the degreasing sector, pickling and passivation of metals to ensure the highest quality and safety in the services offered by Avatek. As a Non-Destructive Control Inspector, I specialize in second-level visual and penetrating controls. My attention to detail and expertise in evaluating the structural integrity of the metal are key elements in ensuring the quality of our services. As Welding Coordinator, I lead our team in welding to the highest standards. My experience in coordinating welding activities ensures compliance and excellence in every project. As Welding Coordinator, I am committed to evaluating materials and alloys on time according to the types of welds performed on these to advise our customers about the safest chemical process with which to treat them. My goal is to bring Avatek to the highest levels of success by offering innovative solutions and superior metal treatment services.
