This includes Port Drayage operations inbound across 3 distribution centers, the management of 4 transload operations, and overseeing the execution of a managed TL/LTL 3PL provider.• Collect, prepare, and package analytical data monthly, quarterly, and annually for the presentation to executive management supplying an operating performance summary targeting the core areas and associated costs identifying areas exceeding expectations and those in need of further development/optimization with a strong focus on cost avoidance.• Liaison with internal and external IT departments and associated service party operations teams to integrate data flow to automate collection via EDI or FTP mapped to provide complete visibility of product lifecycle to our internal business partners for the overall business operating model execution.• Coordinate special projects, inventory migrations, end of quarter operations, claims, contract negotiations and maintenance, carrier selection and onboarding owning the carrier relationships up through business reviews and preparing annual budget.
