Product Owner for Minerva – a home-grown counterparty credit risk management system. Minerva is the system of record for counterparty ratings, limits, and exposures for street facing institutions. Counterparty Risk Group utilizes Minerva to report trading availability and fulfill regulatory requirements. • Leveraged design thinking to create new user interfaces to streamline the manual entry process. • Optimized utilization of 11 developers to deliver Minerva MVP faster than expected to meet data center exit cutoff. • Continuously wrote and groomed stories with the development team to ensure a healthy backlog. • Interviewed users to determine pain points with Minerva. • Defined and prioritized product roadmap by incorporating feedback from key stakeholders. • Coordinated release schedule to meet business deadlines. • Migrated Counterparty Risk Group’s excel reports to a cloud-based business intelligence tool. • Data Steward for Minerva – registered and maintained Minerva metadata in Nebula.
