I currently direct a 95 person machine shop that is ISO cert. and has and FFL. We specialize in exotic material and extremely tight tolerances. Latva has been in the business for over 30 years. We work with castings, forgings, extrusions and bar stock. Often targeting the more complicate jobs as this is where Latva shines. We do many complete to print parts and assemblies for military application and the aerospace. My main focus is on the followingInternally : Create an environment that supports innovation, continuous improvement and appropriate risk-taking. Lead efforts to improve processes and decrease costs. Optimized efficiency, structured discipline, meet on-time delivery requirements. Externally: Increase customer base with-in our current capabilities and looking to grow Latva\'s technology accordingly. Exploring new emerging markets that are a good fit for Latva\'s strengths. Visit customers and encourage communication and confidence in partnership.
