ABOUT KEVIN CALLISTER

As the Chief Affiliations Officer at Leavitt Group, I direct corporate development and manage the integration of mergers and acquisitions across the Company’s vast geographical footprint.I also lead the team responsible for identifying agencies and ‘equity ready’ producers who may be a good fit for joining our organization. Our responsibilities extend to developing and negotiating deal structures, analytics and modeling, due diligence, execution of purchase agreements, and project management for each of the Company’s mergers and acquisitions. In addition to steering acquisition activity, I head the development of internal agency valuations, which are instrumental in perpetuating our current partners’ stock to new partners. I have worked in the insurance industry and for Leavitt Group since 2001, holding many positions including Regional Controller, Agency Partner and the lead of the Company’s captive writings and relationships.I enjoy being involved in my community and currently serve on the board of directors for Special Olympics of Utah and Southern Utah University’s Iron Leaders Academy.My active involvement extends to my church and local high school and community sports, where I coach travel baseball teams. On the weekends, you will likely find me on the diamond with my sons and their respective teams.Away from work and community service, I’m fond of time spent with my wife, Bonnie, and our five great kids (a daughter and four sons). We share a common love for exploring the world and travel together internationally whenever we can.
