ABOUT KEVIN BULFIN
Kevin is Benchmark Builders Estimator for New York. He was previously an Estimator for Elysium Construction & Lead Estimator for Promethean Builders in the New York region, where he performed pre construction efforts across a variety of projects spanning from Commercial, Medical, High End Retail and Multi-Story Residential Buildings. He is responsible for controlling the project budget, project estimates, constructibility analysis, value management and competitive bidding. Kevin acts as a liaison between the preconstruction and operations teams to ensure a smooth launch of the project from preconstruction to field operations. Through his experience in pre construction efforts he has worked on the successful launch of multiple significant projects located in New York City.
