I am a confident Credit Controller that has gained valuable experience working with B2B companies, having a proven track record of collecting aged debt using a wide range of CRM software. I have a willingness to learn and train to allow me to further develop a team to achieve goals and targets, increasing moral and understanding the needs of the workforce. I am a target-orientated individual with 10 years’ experience in business management. Running a team of over 100 people. I have proven success in both sales and brand trust. I believe that creating a team focused work environment is essential for any business. As a confident individual I have skills to work in all environments as I can adapt to change, growth and the pressure of ever changing workloads and tasks. I am an individual who can adapt quickly to new procedures and responsibility. I have excellent communication skills. I am a reliable and punctual person with excellent time management and can work confidently with a team but also on my own. I believe my talents and strengths are that I can reprioritise my time when needed in order to complete the tasks required by importance, deadline and priority. I am quick to adapt and can work under constant pressure which I have needed to do in my roles held in my previous employments.
