This means follow up to ensure that it isn’t just a onetime meeting.• Manage customers’ needs for integration- Working with customers through the duration of their project. Being their main contact starting from the quote phase to final FAT- Follow up with the customer when they are behind on drawing approvals to make sure the schedule is impacted- To lower the amount of change orders, keep the budget under control and to make sure the customer OTD is met.• Support integration through project management- Meet with customer for project kick off meeting- Create project schedule- Follow up with the buyer and expeditor to make sure material is ordered and tracked- To organize any third party needs i.e. Cosa service technician for customer check-out.• Support integration through engineering support- Update drawings for re-submittal to customer- Issue calculations to customer when needed• Organize meetings
