Where other see numbers I see the story a business is trying to tell.My analytical ability is what helps me transform multi-page spreadsheet from numbers into a meaningful account of the business\'s value. My time at Chapman University helped me refine my skills in financial analysis, financial modeling and, communication while studying for my B.S. in Business Administration, emphasis in Finance. I learned more than I could ever imagine about finance, from complex financial modeling like DCFs, LBOs, and M&A models to the various business valuation concepts. I was fascinated at every turn. Also during my time at Chapman, I learned teamwork, working under pressure and got to fulfill my love for competing by playing both Varsity Football and Varsity Track & Field.My career journey started in the Commercial Real Estate industry where was able to use my love for finance and my need to be challenged to learn about in industry to which I was never exposed before. Everyday when I woke up I was excited to work because I knew I was going to learn something new. From NOI and CapEx to reading over commercial leases and real estate tax laws, I was constantly learning and refining my abilities, that was favorite part of the job. The next step in my career led me into the fitness industry. I was able to use my financial knowledge to help open a brand new, boutique fitness studio. By creating a retail sales plan and bringing in new members to the studio I was also to be part of the team that has constantly be a top 10 studio in the nation. So many members turned into friend and all while helping people meet their fitness goals was incredibly fulfilling. When I\'m not working, I can be found continuing to learn by taking online courses to refine my financial knowledge, playing just about any sport out there, helping out at the Orange County Animal Shelter or simply getting sunburnt on the beach.
