   Own end to end commercial and clinical manufacturing/packaging MES process EBRs. Provide subject matter expertise on process related projects/improvements. Support Master Data/System maintenance. Support and guide team of MES Systems Specialists to ensure timely, compliant completion of projects. Design, implement, and test MES based on business process flow. Provide MES 24/7 support for production. Test, implement and maintain external system interface with PAS-X (LIMS, AQWA, SAP). Liaise with IT, Reg CMC, MS & T, Cell Processing team, System Support teams, QC, QA Supply Chain, and other stake holders to support the development and optimization of manufacturing processes as well as ensure compliance and continuity of business. Support Product Stewardship/Change Management: Update MES designs to support site critical change requests Represent PU/MES in local and global change control review boards Provide department evaluations for change controls Own and Support Product Change Controls related to process changes and system updates Own QE actions/CAPAs related to MES updates Ensure all MES MBR revisions are aligned with timelines to meet required CR updates Communicate with MES Novartis Team to ensure that local MES is aligned with global format and structure.
