ABOUT KEVIN BEST
I\'m a proud father of four teenage daughters ages 19, 19, 17, and 17. Yes that’s two sets of twins. So when looking for a break from complex logistic, competing priorities, budget constraints, and a gatekeep focused on unrelenting quality I take a break by Managing Turnarounds. What drives me in everything that I do is a passion for overcoming challenges and having the opportunity to give back. It\'s these key passions that fuel my strong personal drive and help to define who I am as a person. Over my 25-year career with bp I\'ve delivered complex integrated projects, start-ups, and turnarounds in 6 different countries. Having worked in Canada, Norway, United Kingdom, Azerbaijan, United States, and most recently in Iraq I\'ve developed my own personal innovative approach to problem solving with a focus on inclusion. While living and working in different countries I\'ve had the opportunity to live out my purpose of improving the world through coaching and mentoring of national staff.
