Strategic global sourcing leader implementing sourcing strategies as the Global Sourcing Lead for packaging raw materials. Lead contract negotiations and business development in terms of EBTADA. Responsibility for identification, accreditation, performance management to support Flint Group packaging to provide the best performing results. Responsible for global packaging purchasers,to ensure group packaging is in in-line with the global markets and marketing trends. Responsible for gathering and providing information about innovation, new technologies and external business developments from external marketplace to achieve differentiation in the marketplace. Responsible for assigned global sourcing area to achieve reduction in total cost of ownership. To initiate and support implementation of global, regional & local principles, standards and processes by following lean six-sigma (LSS) principles. Negotiate savings with concomitant maintenance of projects timelines. Elaborate and implement sourcing strategy for assigned sourcing area in-line with the overall category strategy. Establish and maintain supplier performance measures and management. Implement sourcing risk management for the assigned sourcing area, in particular, identify, evaluate and classify sourcing risks and devise risk mitigation measures in order to ensure timely supply. Translate the agreed sourcing strategy into plans and actions, and support business partner\'s budget and timelines in cooperation with the functional counterpart in Chemical Development and the local sourcing functions in the emerging markets in order to achieve continuity of supply, project timelines, shipping compliance and quality as well as cost reduction objectives. Support implementation and maintenance of defined global Purchasing principles, standards and processes.
