Deeply rooted in Boston with a unique global perspective, BGI is a leading real estate development and consulting firm with a proven history of developing world class commercial, residential and mixed-use projects, from landmark office towers to city-scale master plans. BGI was formed in 2010 by principals from Gale International\'s Boston office and as COO & CFO, Kevin is responsible for the firm\'s financial activity as well as asset management and corporate operations. Projects include the creation and master development of Seaport Square, Boston, the new 23 acre, 6.3M SF urban neighborhood on Boston\'s waterfront which includes; the development of the 1.1M SF, 932 Unit, mixed-use One Seaport, Boston (\"The Benjamin & Via Residences\"); the Yotel Boston Harbour Hotel; as well as District Hall, the Our Lady of Good Voyage Chapel and the 55 Seaport Blvd office building. BGI also performed master plan consulting in the Seaport on two additional office towers, a large scale multi-family project and Cottonwood\'s $800M Echelon Project on Boston\'s Seaport Blvd. BGI\'s current projects include Boston\'s greenest, smartest and healthiest new Lab/Office building under development at 10 World Trade in the Seaport and the Motor Mart residential tower in the Back Bay.
