I have been a manager of people for over 11 years with an excellent track record for getting results.I have also been a member of many production, quality and safety improvement teams. Member of three Six Sigma green and black belt teams and general improvement teams with proven results. Lead and taught others on lean tools like Value Stream Maps, Total Productive Maintenance, etc. In my new role as Value Stream Manager I am looking forward to helping lead my team in having safety focused mindset, quality concious approach, and productivity efficient drive to meet our AOP company needs. I will work closely with CI to have a data driven approach to problem solving to ensure proper direction of not only my Value Stream, but plant direction as well.
