Following a highly successful career in club management spanning over 34 years, I created EnCore to assist Club Managers in elevating the Employee and Member Experience through reviewing, refining, and developing processes that strengthen Culture.My pedigree speaks for itself having held management positions at the Atlanta Athletic Club, Chattahoochee Country Club, Augusta Country Club and, most recently, Gulf Stream Golf Club, where I retired after 22 years and am currently consulting with until the end of season, May 2026.
