I am a \"Senior Cybersecurity Consultant\" and I have assisted many organizations with their NIST 800-53 and RMF compliance requirements for over 8 years. I am currently heavily involved in all RMF steps (1-6), and perform each step for ten Air Force systems in an Air Force/DOD project. I provide solutions based on cybersecurity priority, risk, and the organization\'s budget. I currently work (and have supported in the past) with ISSM\'s (for assessment testing), SCA (Security Control Assessors), Auditors, the Authorizing Officials, ISSO\'s, and then the team I am currently supporting, the \"Authorizing Official Designated Representative\" team. I am heavily involved in the implementation of NIST 800-53 security controls, Financial controls, and NSS (National Security System) controls. I have been involved in Continuous Monitoring \"Audits\", and am responsible for the Pen Testing, Bug Bounty Program at the Air Force. I am Security + Certified, a Certified Scrum Master (CSM)(Agile) and am a Certified Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner.
