Reporting to the CFO, this is a lead role in the division’s central Finance team. I have responsibility for coordinating and planning the budgeting and forecasting process across the Global division. I coordinate and lead the Regional CFOs across Americas, EMEA and Asia in ensuring all monthly reporting, submissions and strategic planning deliverables are consistent, timely, accurate and presented as per the Group guidance and requirements for reporting. Tarsus was an acquired business for Informa Group with c.$300m of Revenue delivering across a range of products in the events and digital services industry. The company is best known for globally renowned trade shows e.g. the Dubai Airshow and Labels Expo. Key Accomplishments:• Key lead in consolidating and delivering the first post-acquisition budget for the acquired business• Coordinating and supporting as required in support of the new leadership in the post-integration environment• Coordinating and solving queries connected to the transfer to the post-integration model • Owning and delivering Monthly Trading Report to the Group Exec• Leading the gathering and cleansing of reportable FTE data in Informa format – new output for the acquired business
