Lean and Quality consultant having significant influence developing the overall global quality and continuous improvement strategy for Acteon Group and its Operating Companies• To support the organization and to enable it to meet or exceed annual cost savings goals established by Group and its operating companies• Act as a change management leader, supporting programme management initiatives and critical outcome driven milestones• Establish and develop lean maturity across all Acteon Operating Companies• Lead the periodic strategic review of lean capability across the Group and develop/amend it as necessary, to ensure a fit-for-purpose structure is in place with suitable and sufficient supporting infrastructure and resources• Support the growth agenda and new approaches to the market through the delivery of Integrated Service Offerings (ISOs) as well as Individual Product and Service Offerings (PSOs)• Support and promote the focus towards Total Quality Management enhanced by Lean/six-sigma as a standard across the organisation• Provide lean/continuous improvement specific guidance, support, encouragement and, where appropriate, an audit capability to support the Operating Company Management (and Divisional MD’s) and lean practitioners to discharge their responsibilities • Work closely with Acteon department Leads to assess the total quality performance across the organisation and act to provide drive for continual improvement• Develop and sponsor lean process and quality best practice within the Group • Investigate, analyse, and recommend solutions to drive process improvements, quality improvements and cost improvements using Lean/Six Sigma principles• Design, promote, lead and manage the Acteon ‘Train to Transform’ Belt Accreditation Programme• Develop and sustain a culture of excellence • Establish group Lean Frameworks and nurture a culture of continuous improvement• Training, Mentoring, and coaching of lean practitioners
