At Indigenized Energy, I lead solar and battery-storage projects designed to strengthen energy sovereignty across tribal lands. My work focuses on empowering Native communities to build, own, and sustain their own clean-energy infrastructure — creating pathways for workforce development, local stewardship, and long-term self-reliance.I oversee full project lifecycles, from concept and permitting to installation and commissioning, ensuring each system is built with precision, safety, and cultural alignment. Collaboration is central to everything I do — working side by side with tribal councils, contractors, engineers, and trainees to make sure every voice is heard and every project reflects the values of the community it serves.Beyond the technical delivery, I’m deeply committed to people development. I mentor field crews and emerging leaders, helping them build the confidence, skills, and mindset to carry this mission forward. I believe true sustainability isn’t just renewable energy — it’s renewable opportunity.Before joining Indigenized Energy, I spent several years leading field operations within Tesla Energy, managing national solar and storage service programs. That experience taught me the value of scale and structure — but also the importance of keeping humanity at the heart of innovation.Here, I get to do both: apply technical expertise while helping people reclaim their power — literally and figuratively.
