I lead global clinical programs within CNS and neurodegenerative disease, with over 12-years of experience progressing from project management into strategic program leadership.My focus is on driving complex Phase 2 and 3 trials from startup through database lock, balancing speed, quality, and financial performance while navigating the realities of execution across regions, vendors, and stakeholders.I’ve led cross-functional teams through high-pressure milestones, including interim analysis, database lock planning, regulatory deliverables, and executive governance, while maintaining direct accountability for study timelines, budgets, and risk management. At this time, much of my work sits at the intersection of operations and strategy—translating protocol intent into executable plans, aligning sponsors and internal teams, and resolving issues that don’t always have straightforward answers.I’m particularly focused on building scalable processes and improving transparency, whether through financial forecasting, risk tracking, integrating AI tools, or monitoring strategy, so teams can make informed decisions earlier and avoid downstream impact.Known for being direct, solutions-oriented, and composed in complex environments, I prioritize clarity in communication and accountability in execution.
