As a mission-driven executive with over 20 years of experience in behavioral health, child welfare, and nonprofit leadership, I serve as Chief Compliance Officer at Children’s Hope Alliance, where I oversee a broad portfolio including Compliance, Risk Management, Human Resources, Contracts, Licensing & Credentialing, Utilization Management, Implementation, and Staff Engagement.I specialize in aligning regulatory compliance with operational strategy — ensuring systems not only meet standards but actively promote staff well-being and service excellence. In Human Resources, I lead initiatives that build ethical, high-performing, and resilient teams — from succession planning and talent development to organizational restructuring and culture transformation.In Risk Management, I lead enterprise-wide efforts to identify, mitigate, and manage risk across clinical, operational, financial, and reputational domains. I’ve developed and chaired internal risk committees, created proactive audit and crisis protocols, and led our work to maintain and strengthen Joint Commission accreditation — ensuring sustained quality and safety across our services.I’m also guiding the organization through the ongoing enhancement and deeper integration of the Teaching-Family Model across programs, aligning this evidence-based framework with operational and cultural systems to ensure fidelity, staff engagement, and long-term sustainability.Additionally, I play a key role in M&A due diligence and integration planning — evaluating organizational fit, risk, and compliance alignment, while ensuring strategic clarity and cultural sensitivity during acquisition processes.Throughout my career, I’ve built a reputation for connecting compliance, operations, and culture into a unified strategy that supports mission delivery.
