Oversaw the creation of a new app with platform-specific variants, including redesigned CBT courses, a journal system, and guided user goal systems to improve engagement.Initially, my primary task was to enhance user experience by building trust through foreshadowing and clear explanations, balanced with interactivity to prevent disengagement. This was achieved by defining new lenses/filters and increasing personalisation, using evidence-based data to guide decisions, with a particular focus on users experiencing anxiety and/or depression at varying levels.Additionally, I have redesigned elements of the Therapist Dashboard to improve usability, increase efficiency, reduce paperwork, and streamline data collection, alongside creating various pipelines and processes.I have also developed prototype courses for Sleep, Self-Esteem, and Body Image, building on existing scripts and medical data. More recently, I co-designed a digital solution targeting Eating Disorders, incorporating tools informed by focus testing with individuals with lived experience and therapist insights, ensuring a firmly user-centered approach.
