Secured first-of-a-kind regulatory approvals across 100+ countries.As a dealmaker — Closed 35+ acquisitions including a $7.3B cross-border merger, directed $14B+ in financings, and negotiated platform agreements with Microsoft, Amazon, Apple, Meta, ExxonMobil, Shell, and the U.S. Department of Defense.As a patent inventor — Co-invented three U.S. patents directly with engineering teams. Used that technical fluency to build IP frameworks that led to a $283M verdict recognized as National IP Case of the Year.As a business operator — Served as Interim President of a $1B+ revenue division, led a person global organization, and drove a 20% revenue increase in 18 months carrying full P&L accountability.As a board member and investor — Served on the boards of Virgin Mobile Latam and the Old Globe Theater.
