I’m particularly proud of pioneering a successful REG-CF campaign on StartEngine, making us the first traditional homebuilder to tap into this innovative funding mechanism to democratize real estate investment. Community Impact:Believing strongly in the power of homeownership to change lives, I co-founded Black Men Buy Houses, an initiative aimed at increasing homeownership rates among African American men. This program has already empowered thousands with the tools to build wealth through real estate, impacting communities nationwide.
