Kevan was named as the global expert on New York’s Congestion Pricing programme, providing advice to the MTA/DoT New York, worked on the original London’s CCS project, Stockholm\'s Congestion programme, Perth’s demand management study to current projects advising the Government Ministries in the State of Qatar on potential for Congestion Charging and Low Emmison Zones, providing advice for potential road user pricing in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and a recent report on Road User Charging & Tolling integration in Melbourne Australia. He has a strong commitment to create and deliver projects that result in proven and sustained travel behaviour change, with a positive reputation for technical accuracy and outstanding project delivery. He has written national and local design standards, including drafting the original London Cycle Design Guide, presented international papers on demand management and presented at conferences including LTM, AITPM, Velocity and at the Asia Pacific Cycle Congress on sustainable transport.
