My experience spans program management, cybersecurity, intelligence, and operational leadership in some of the most dynamic and challenging environments around the world.During my military career, I had the privilege of leading critical missions across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East—advising partner nations on defense strategies, enhancing their cybersecurity capabilities, and supporting counterterrorism initiatives. As a senior enlisted leader in the U.S. Space Force’s only expeditionary squadron, I guided elite Air and Space professionals in austere environments, ensuring mission success while overseeing multi-million-dollar operational budgets.Today, I serve as the Founder and CEO of Sutton International Development Strategies LLC (Sutton IDS)—a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) committed to advancing U.S. foreign policy objectives through security cooperation, Foreign Military Sales User End Monitoring, and international development projects. At Sutton IDS, we leverage deep expertise in aviation enterprise capacity building, defense sector reform, and education initiatives to strengthen global partnerships. Our work supports U.S. Government agencies, partner nations, and international organizations in enhancing strategic capabilities that promote peace and stability.With a background in international relations and global security, I am passionate about fostering collaboration between military, government, and industry stakeholders to drive sustainable solutions for complex global challenges.
