   Led operational readiness launch activities for product, sales channel, and ecommerce system capability launches from concept to market launch in support of government and commercial customers- Operationalized and launched Microsoft’s General Services Administration (GSA) direct sales channel for cloud services unlocking revenue opportunity of up to $1.3 billion over 20 years accessible to every federal government agency- Negotiated agreements across business operations teams to enable interim manual processes, bridging operational gaps and driving an on-time launch aligned with sales commitments for GSA customers- Worked directly with our GSA customer to validate internal UAT and ensure Microsoft’s monthly reporting artifact would be accepted by the GSA website- Planned and executed launch activities to offer Azure cloud workloads and professional services in Microsoft’s classified clouds to an Intelligence Community customer resulting in upwards of $1M/quarter in revenue since 2022- Led a launch to deploy Azure Active Directory Premium (now Entra ID) for government customers in Microsoft’s US government cloud instances which enabled a fundamental Azure infrastructure service to improve the security for identity and access management ensuring compliance with government security standards.
