Over 08 years of experience in Instrument Construction, Commissioning and troubleshooting. Calibrating, Installation and Commissioning of all type of Process Instrument Including Loop Testing in New Projects. Carried out DCS/PLC Panel wiring as per Drawing in new Projects. Besides Project my Duties is to carried out Preventive Maintenance work as per ISO schedule. This also includes updating of Calibrating as well as Preventive Maintenance History Cards of Instruments. Routine Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Instrumentations. I have worked with the following instruments : Pressure Measuring Instrument of Emerson, Yokogawa, Honeywell, ABB, Fuiji etc. makes Smart Transmitters. Flow Measuring Instruments for Liquid and Gas such as Orifice Meter, Magnetic Flow Meter, Vortex Flow Meter, Mass Flow Meter, Turbine Flow Meter of Emerson, Yokogawa, Krohne etc. Level Measuring instruments of different type such as Reader, Ultrasonic, Purge type, Differential Head type, Side mounted/Top mounted Magnetic Float type.Temperature Measuring Sensors such as RTD-pt 100 and various types of Thermocouples. Other instrument like pH meter, Concentrating Meter, Conductivity meters I/P Converters, Different Weighting System etc. Final Control Element like all type of Control Valves, Solenoid Valves.
