Since entering the real estate business in 2003 I have experienced the cyclical character of changing markets as it has applied to both demand side and supply side metrics along with rapid technological advancements which have helped to generate and fuel the fast pace of today’s marketplace and the savvy consumers that navigate this complex space. Specializing in international placements; I’ve developed and maintained a large client base that continually serves to act as consumers, both buyers & sellers of residential and business offerings. Since 2007 I have been a dominant player for the building at 610 Clematis; having been instrumental in getting 610 Clematis featured as Palm Beach Post Neighborhood of the Week in October of 2012. To illustrate, in that first year in 2012, I listed 6 of the 17 units sold and listed 36 of the 56 units rented at 610 Clematis Condo. Having been an active member of the Board of Directors of 610 Clematis Condo since 2008 and Keller Williams Realty of the Palm Beaches since 2012 I boasted a large support team including transaction coordinators, marketing representatives, listing service database management personnel, website marketing, and listing service planning representatives. All in all; it has been this team assembled who work quietly behind the scenes to ensure the success of my business.
