ABOUT KETAYUN MISTRY

Currently an Associate at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co with the General Corporate Team (M&A and PE). I have explored the fields of Alternative Dispute Resolution, Commercial Litigation and constitutional law. I firmly believe that you must never stop learning and reading. I have previously worked with multiple boutique law firms and litigation chambers, where my role consisted of drafting petitions, applications, conducting detailed research, and coordinating with clients. I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of matters including Securities law, Insolvency law, Arbitration, Contract and Company Law, RERA, Constitutional law, among others. I was a Junior Editor for the Thomson Reuters publication entitled \"The Law Practice and Procedure of Arbitration in India\" authored by Datuk Sundra Rajoo.
