Global procurement and sourcing executive with more than 20 years of experience leading enterprise procurement strategy across iconic biotechnology, healthcare, and medical technology organizations. I specialize in designing global procurement frameworks that balance speed, compliance, risk management, optimize cost, improve cash flow and business continuity.
