Anything is difficult till we start it.This quote unequivocally sums up the significant pivot I\'ve made in my career from a Industrial Engineer to Finance professional with 30 years of experience.It\'s been an exciting and deeply satisfying personal journey! I have worked with reputed organizations like Force Motors, Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd, International Tractors and now with VST Tillers Tractors.I had started my journey as an Industrial Engineer and got acquainted with all manufacturing processes and operations management. Shifted to Project Management and then to Finance function where I had a chance to play pivotal role in establishing Credit Management function in a well-known automobile company. In Finance domain I have worked in dual Role as a Controller and a business Facilitator. Got excellent exposure to Financers, Sales Process, legal & Statutory compliances, Audit procedures and more over to dealership operations and end customers. In through out this journey I had a chance to work with very different types of stake holders, associates varying from workers, contractors, dealers, financers and Sales Team. This journey was more thrilling as I had privileged to work with great leaders, superiors who was role models and I could inoculate learnings and Values shared by them. In this journey skill set got expanded and honed for betterment of myself as Individual and Professional. Some of skills like team management, looking beyond obvious,working in cross functional team, handling difficult situations, communication and more over working with humanity are gained in this journey. Also, in addition to my Engineering graduation, completed master’s in management and also General Management course from prestigious IIM -Ahmedabad.Moreover, being from middle class family, values which were in built from childhood such as honesty, integrity and dedication got stronger in this all years.If you want to connect with me then write to k••••••••@yahoo.com
