Roles and Responsibilities:1) Preparation of work order (Cross checking of Work Order Requisition with Basic Rate Contract and attached basic documents of Sub-contractor).2) Checking bills of Inhouse team and Sub-contractor received from site (Abstract, Measurement sheet with respective details which are required for certification of bills)(Monthly number of bills = 90+, Amount = 01 Cr +).3) Checking of Bill Control Sheet submitted by site team (Bill Control Sheet for budget tracking of project which is prepare to compare with Basic Rate Contract).4) Keeping record of Certified bills in soft copy format at server as per organizations requirement.5) Keeping inward-outward record in excel and register (bills and WOR).6) Responsible for following projects (Co-ordination with billing executive & project managers for implementation of above mentioned points).
