being a law officer of this company, I am here responsible for following tasks. To assist my senior council in legal proceedings before court of law in company matters 2.Assist in preparation and drafting of various types of documents like Plaints, Applications for submissions before court, letters, and also various type of deeds like Sale Deeds, Power of Attorneys, Leave and license Agreements etc. 3.To maintain a record of court cases properly and diligently, to update a court diary on daily basis. To co-ordinate with co`s senior lawyers in order to take follow up from them in judicial proceedings and also to assist them with their daily tasks. 4.To participate in legal matters of company before court of law and to represent the company before court as and when required. 5.To visit a judicial as well as quasi judicial office like collector office, sub registrar office, S.P Office etc in order to represent company before such authorities in various judicial and quasi judicial cases.
