Also, completed the IR/EM/Static/Dynamic drop analysis on the NPU and DDR center block using Redhawk tools for the first/second tape-out of snapdragon SDM855. Performed the placement, clocking, routing, and timing on the NPU, using Synopsys ICC2, evaluated the MSCST (multi-source clock synthesis) for the NPU to reduce skew and number of hold buffers
