   Integrated Approach – Devising an approach to integrate three different inter-related processes at site – DPR, Client Billing and Subcontractor Billing into a single process to increase teams efficiency, reduce redundancy and ensure client billing against subcontractor progress. Digitization - Leading the development of the Digital DPR and Billing Assurance Tool platforms used by 140+ projects across Tata Projects for analyzing Progress driven Cost vs Billing projections 3. Collaboration - Conceptualized the Billing Assurance Tool as a platform for site and business teams to increase collaboration, transparency in the system and maintain an historical database of execution data. Digital DPR – Providing a platform for the site execution team to capture daily progress through a mobile application replacing the need for providing progress by WhatsApp or phone calls 5. Real-time COI - Integration of the Digital DPR as an input to the Billing Assurance Tool to provide the Daily Progress Report as well as Daily Cost vs Billing Projections for real time cost over invoicing analysis. Dashboard - Development of an integrated dashboard over power bi for Digital DPR and BAT having daily Cost vs Billing projections and historical DPR’s for project reviews.
