Prepare CapEx report or ROI report for new machinery purchases to identify expected ROI- Gathering Data from various sources, cleaning it, sorting, filtering, and converting it into meaningful data to analyze in form of dashboard to take managerial decision- Preparing a customer’s pending payment report, Material dispatch report, production report etc. as per requirement of manager and management- Preparing production target reports, Production achievement reports, and overhead reports periodically to see the company performance to plan strategy accordingly- Analyzing & preparing varies forecasting reports Like raw material, production and sending them to the Director/manager for further action- Prepared & Maintaining varies MIS & responsive Dashboard like Target Vs Achievement of Salesperson & Dealers, Lead Data, Payment, Inquiry Status, complaint, upcoming business forecasting etc- Prepare varies Dashboard for productions, Empoyee Overtime, Department activities wise, Overhead etc via using Power BI, Excel and Google Sheet as per director/Manager requirements and update it from time to time.
