Working as Team Lead Supply Planning for one of our esteemed clients from Tobacco Industry, who are the second largest manufacturers of Tobacco and its relevant products in the Globe.Responsible for Finished goods supply planning as a part of downstream supply chain team for the FMCG product category from the range of product verticals.• Supply Planner for EMEA, LA & C, ASIA, and Duty-Free markets – for P4 and RRP HS product categories (21+ Countries across the regions).• Maintenance of all Supply Planning relevant Master data in the Planning System (E2PR) to allow proper translation from forecast into supply plans executed by the factories.• Inventory Management in line within the agreed targets and follow ups with factories and markets in case of actions are required; no supply interruptions/ stocks outs.• Planning of Product/ Sourcing projects according to project timelines and within minimal LOGD to meet IMS targets for the NPLs.• Deliver all KPIs like Finish Good Inventories, Out of Stock avoidance, LOGD, Master Data Maintenance, Drumbeat Adherence on the spot or better than targeted.• Manage planning system outputs to ensure 12-18 months production plan (MTP) which meets market demand in line with the targeted inventory, stock policies.• Ensure the production plan completion in full alignment with markets and factories at best service level and most economic manner.• Drive alignment among all key stakeholders involved in the process to reach the inventory targets.• Budget & RF preparation and alignment across the stakeholders on Finish Goods Inventories and LOGD for the assigned markets.
